I do not believe your goals exist in a vacuum. The business you want to build still has to fit around school pickups, bills, relationships, responsibilities, limited time, unexpected changes, and the person you are becoming along the way.

My work is about helping capable people build structure around the life they actually have—not the imaginary version where nothing goes wrong and everybody has unlimited time.

Healthy Living Coaching, LLC (“HLC,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through healthylivingcoachingllc.com, our communications, and our coaching services.

Information We Collect & How We Use It

We collect information you choose to share, including your name, contact details, coaching interests, program and payment preferences, scheduling details, Facebook name or profile link (for The Village), and messages or coaching responses. Our website Contact form is processed through Netlify; the free guide, The Checkpoint, coaching enrollment, and The Village invitation forms are processed through HoneyBook. We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested resources, arrange and deliver services, administer agreements and payments, and send relevant service communications. You may voluntarily share sensitive personal details; please avoid submitting medical records or information that is not necessary for coaching. We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for third parties’ own marketing.

Email & Text Communications

Service-related messages may be sent in connection with your requests or coaching. Marketing emails are sent only when you opt in, and you may unsubscribe. If you provide a phone number, Coach E may personally text you from HLC’s business number about your inquiry or services. We do not sell or share phone numbers for others’ marketing. You can ask us to stop texting at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. Requesting an invitation to The Village does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service Providers, Payments & External Links

We use HoneyBook for client inquiries, agreements, invoices, payments, scheduling, and client portals; Netlify for website hosting and Contact submissions; and Google services for business communications/storage and Google Fonts where loaded by the site. Our site may link to Amazon for book purchases. These providers and linked websites have their own privacy practices. Payment information is processed by payment providers; HLC does not store full payment card numbers. Standard website technical information (such as device/browser information and IP address) may be collected by hosting and embedded services. Cookies or similar technologies may be used by those services; browser settings can limit them.

Confidentiality & Retention

We treat coaching communications as confidential, subject to legal obligations and serious safety concerns, as further described in the signed coaching agreement. Coaching does not create healthcare, legal, or other professional privilege. Where an organization sponsors coaching, any reporting or information sharing will follow the applicable agreement and authorization. We retain information as reasonably needed for services, administration, security, and legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it as appropriate.

Your Choices & Privacy Requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. Contact connect@healthylivingcoachingllc.com. Our regular response hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 A.M.–6:00 P.M. ET, excluding federal holidays; requests are handled in accordance with applicable law. HLC services are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. We publish testimonials only with authorization.
